I have been working with wood all my life, building furniture and other items. It is satisfying with a feeling of accomplishment when the project is complete. The idea of making a guitar triggered a sense
of intrigue, adventure, and mystery. A discovery of new and old techniques to accomplish the holy grail of wood working – building an instrument. It is gratifying to finish a build and have a guitar that plays well, sounds great and looks beautiful. I take great pride in my work and I am always striving to better the end product.
For now, I only build Dreadnaught, OM and Parlor model guitars. I work out of a small shop in Georgetown, TX. Beautiful woods and the more simplistic and traditional designs keep me motivated to build a quality and affordable guitar.
